✅ Job offer from a licensed sponsor — Your UK employer must hold a valid Home Office Sponsor Licence and issue you a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) — 20 points

✅ Eligible occupation — Your role must be on the UK’s list of eligible skilled occupations (SOC codes at RQF Level 3+) — 20 points

✅ Meets minimum salary — Your salary must meet the general threshold of £38,700 per year (2024 rate), or the going rate for your specific occupation — whichever is higher — 20 points

✅ English language ability — You must prove English at B1 CEFR level or above
