Frequantly Asked Questions

Can I work while studying in the UK on a Student Visa?
Yes. Full time Students are permitted to work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during official vacation periods, provided your institution is a licensed Student Sponsor. Some courses (below degree level) may have restrictions. We clarify your specific work entitlement as part of our service.
Can I bring my family (spouse/children) to the UK on a Student Visa?
Dependent rights depend on your course level and your institution's status. If you are studying a postgraduate course in research degree program at a UK Higher Education Provider (HEP) and your institution is licensed, you are eligible to bring a spouse or child as dependents. Under or postgraduate students can not bring dependents. We assess your specific eligibility during consultation.
What happens if my Student Visa expires before I finish my course?
If your course is extended or you transfer to a longer programme, your institution will usually issue a new CAS and you will need to apply for a visa extension from within the UK. EuropX Int. can assist with in-country visa extension applications.
I received a conditional offer — can I still apply for a visa?
No. You must have an unconditional offer and a valid CAS reference number from your institution before you can apply for a Student Visa. You cannot apply on the strength of a conditional offer.
My previous UK visa was refused. Can I still apply?
A previous refusal does not automatically disqualify you. However, you must declare it on your application and the reasons for refusal. EuropX Int. can assess your previous refusal letter, identify what went wrong, and help you build a stronger new application. We do not recommend reapplying without professional guidance after a refusal.
Which English test is accepted for the UK Student Visa?
The Home Office accepts IELTS for UKVI, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic (UKVI), Cambridge B2 First / C1 Advanced, and some Duolingo scores (institution-dependent). Regular IELTS (non-UKVI version) is accepted only if your institution accepts it — always confirm with your university before booking your test.
Can EuropX Int. help me choose the right UK university?
We can advise on UKVI-licensed institutions that match your qualifications, budget, and career goals. We will help to get your admission at right institution. Our focus is to ensure your visa application correctly prepared once you have your admission
What help EuropX Int. can provide me after my study?
Two main options are available; (1) You can get work permit after your course date end on your CAS. (2) You can get Post study Graduate Visa for 2 years. EuropX Int. can help to find an employer who can sponsor you at skilled visa, which is settlement route in the UK
